Shipping Policy

Our processing time is currently 10 business days for made-to-order items, business days do not include holidays or weekends.

If you receive your order and are unhappy with it, please allow us to correct our mistake. 

If you receive an item that is damaged you must contact us for a resolution within 48 BUSINESS HOURS from the time of delivery - we will confirm by checking your tracking

ALL Claims must be submitted within 48 business hours to the owner through email, At the latest 72 hours from the time of delivery 

The day you order is NOT considered a processing day
